Here are some important highlights of the Pintu Futures Trading Competition you need to be aware of:

• This competition is open to anyone.
• To participate, register by filling out this form: bit.ly/PintuKOLBattle
• Registration opens on Thursday, 21 August 2025, and closes at 18:15 WITA.
• The Pintu Fun Trading Competition will take place on Thursday, 21 August 2025, at 18:30 WITA.
• Participants will be selected randomly using a spin wheel.
• Three lucky participants will be chosen to compete in the Pintu Fun Trading Competition alongside the KOL.
• The competition will be held offline on the Arena Area.
• The duration of the competition is 25 minutes.
• All tokens available on PINTU are allowed for trading during the competition.
• Winners will be determined based on the highest ending Futures balance.
• Balances and devices will be provided by Pintu.
• Each participant is allowed only one account; using multiple accounts will result in disqualification.
• All trades must comply with Pintu’s rules. Use of bots, wash trading, market manipulation, or collusion is strictly prohibited and may lead to disqualification.
• Pintu is not liable for trading losses, platform downtime, technical issues, or other disruptions.
• By participating, you agree that your name, alias, and performance stats may be used for announcements and marketing.
• Any unethical or dishonest behavior will result in disqualification.
• All decisions by Pintu are final.

📜 Terms and Conditions for Pintu Live Trading Competition

1. Participants guarantee that all data and information provided during registration are accurate. Pintu reserves the right to disqualify participants if the data is inaccurate or not found in Pintu’s system.
2. The competition takes place starting 21 August 2025.
3. All tokens on PINTU are permitted for trading inside the competition.
4. Once registered, participants are automatically entered into the competition.
5. Prizes will be awarded in USDT.
6. Rewards will be distributed to winners’ Pintu accounts within a maximum of 10 business days after the winners are announced.
7. The winner is responsible for prize-related taxes:
   • 5% tax applies if the winner has an NPWP.
   • A 5% deduction applies if no NPWP is held.
8. Trading profit calculations are based on total purchases or sales minus applicable taxes, as displayed on the Pintu app.
9. By accessing or participating in the competition or using Pintu, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This document forms a legally binding agreement between you and Pintu. If you disagree with these terms, you may withdraw from participation.
10. Pintu reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions with reasonable notice. If you do not agree with any changes, you may withdraw from participation. Pintu may also cancel the competition or prizes if participants fail to comply or if external events beyond Pintu’s control prevent continuation or prize distribution.
11. Pintu may withhold or cancel prizes if it reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, abusive, or manipulative behavior, including but not limited to the use of bots, or if the competition account is fake, duplicated, or fraudulent.
12. If at any time Pintu determines (at its sole discretion) that a participant is involved in fraudulent or abusive activities, it may take actions such as withholding earnings, seeking damages, suspending or deleting access, removing accounts, or banning further use of Pintu services.
13. Pintu will not be held responsible for any failures, errors, delays, or disruptions in fulfilling its obligations due to events beyond its control.
14. The Parties agree to waive Article 1266 of the Indonesian Civil Code where court decision is required to terminate these Terms and Conditions.
15. By participating, you agree that Pintu may collect, use, share, and process your personal data—including photos, ID documents, usernames, and emails—for competition-related communications and with third parties such as service providers or partners. Learn more in the Privacy Policy.
16. You agree to indemnify Pintu and its affiliates against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.
17. Pintu’s liability for any loss or damage related to the competition is limited to IDR 500,000 where permitted by law.
18. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Indonesian law. Disputes will first be resolved through mediation within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes will be settled in South Jakarta District Court.
