  • The maximum deposit limit for Mandiri is Rp10,000,000 per transaction.

  • Deposits can only be made from Mandiri bank accounts.

  • The bank account used for deposits to the Mandiri VA must be under the same name as the KYC-verified name registered in Pintu.

How to Deposit

  1. Insert your ATM card and and input your PIN.
  2.  Select PAYMENT.
  3. Select MULTI PAYMENT.
  4. Enter company code, which is 87909, then press CORRECT.
  5. Input your Virtual Account number, then press CORRECT.
  6. Enter the transfer amount, then press CORRECT.
  7. Customer details will be displayed. Choose number 1 according to the amount billed, then press YES.
  8. Payment confirmation will be displayed, press YES to confirm payment.
  1. Open your Livin Mandiri App
  2. Select Payment menu
  3. At payment menu, search Xendit 87909 service provider
  4. Input your Virtual Account number
  5. Input the payment amount, then tap Continue.
  6. On the payment confirmation page, re-check the payment details then scroll down page and tap Confirm.
  7. Input your PIN to finish your payment.

     Notes:

  • The money will automatically be added to your balance after it’s successfully transferred to your Mandiri Virtual Account.
  • If the bank has stated that your transfer was successful, but the money hasn’t been added to your Rupiah balance (in accordance with the terms of each transfer method: 2-3 working hours for SKN, and 1 working day for RTGS), please contact our Customer Support and attach the proof of transfer.
