How to Deposit

  • The bank account used to deposit into the Artha Graha Virtual Account (VA) must be in the same name as your KYC (Identity) data in Pintu.
  • This policy is implemented to ensure the security and smoothness of your transactions.
  • The AGI deposit method can only be processed via RTOL, SKN, or RTGS. BI-FAST is not supported

Deposit Methods via Artha Graha Virtual Account

  1. On the main menu, select Transfer.
  2. Select Interbank Transfer or Transfer to Other Bank.
  3. Select the destination bank: Bank Artha Graha or enter bank code 037, followed by your Virtual Account number.
  4. Enter the transfer amount as stated in your deposit request.
  5. On the confirmation page, ensure all transaction details are correct, then proceed.
  6. Once your transaction is successful, the invoice will be updated automatically. This process may take up to 5 minutes.
  1. On the main menu, select Other Transactions.
  2. Select Transfer.
  3. Select Online Interbank Transfer.
  4. Enter 037 (Artha Graha Bank Code), followed by your Virtual Account number.
  5. Enter the transfer amount you wish to deposit.
  6. Leave the reference number blank and proceed.
  7. On the confirmation page, ensure the recipient’s name (Pintu/Your Name) and transaction details are correct, then confirm.
  8. Once the transaction is successful, your Pintu balance will be updated automatically. This process may take up to 5 minutes.

Notes:

  • Your balance will be added automatically once the funds reach the Artha Graha Virtual Account.
  • Transaction fee information is subject to change at any time following the respective bank’s policy.
  • If the transfer is declared successful by the bank but the funds have not appeared in your IDR balance (according to the terms: 2-3 business days for SKN, and 1 business day for RTGS), please contact our Customer Support and provide your proof of transfer.
