How to Deposit

  1. Open the Neo+ application on your phone then login to your account
  2. Open Transfer menu
  3. Open VA payment menu
  4. Enter your virtual account which is shown above then the nominal balance you want to deposit
  5. Make sure the data on the confirmation page is correct (to your Pintu account)
  6. Follow the further instruction to complete your transaction
  1. Open transfer to another bank menu
  2. Choose Neo Commerce bank as the destination bank
  3. Enter your virtual account which is shown above as the destination account number
  4. Enter the nominal balance you want to deposit
  5. Make sure the data on the confirmation page is correct (to your Pintu account)
  6. Follow the further instruction to complete your transaction

     Notes:

  • The money will automatically be added to your balance after it’s successfully transferred to your Virtual Account.
  • If the bank has stated that your transfer was successful, but the money hasn’t been added to your Rupiah balance (in accordance with the terms of each transfer method: 2-3 working hours for SKN, and 1 working day for RTGS), please contact our Customer Support and attach the proof of transfer.
