Due to Pintu’s terms and conditions that restrict the registration of users with US Citizenship, Pintu accounts using US Citizenship will be deactivated with the following details.

1. Pintu started deactivating accounts using US Citizenship on November 22, 2023 at 08.00 WIB;
2. The deactivated account will be inaccessible; users will not be able to buy/sell, send/receive any cryptocurrencies, deposit/withdraw crypto and do other activities on their Pintu account.

Pintu users with US Citizenship who are not able to access their account due to these latest terms and conditions, please follow these instructions:

1. Users have the option to receive their account balance refund in either cryptocurrency or fiat currency.
   • For cryptocurrency refunds, please provide a crypto wallet address.
   • For fiat currency refunds, kindly provide your bank account details.
2. Please inform us your bank account details or crypto wallet address to [email protected] or in-app Live Chat
