DCA Program Terms and Conditions

Introduction

By using the DCA feature on the Pintu mobile application (“Pintu Platform”), you (“You” or “User”) confirm and agree that You have read, understood, and consented to be bound by the DCA Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) in addition to the Pintu Terms and Conditions and the Pintu Privacy Policy, the provisions of which apply mutatis mutandis in these Terms.

DCA

DCA is a feature accessible by Users on the Pintu Platform to periodically purchase crypto assets based on a schedule set by the User.

1. DCA Settings

   1. With the DCA feature, Pintu provides convenience and flexibility for you to set an hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly purchase schedule for a crypto assets according to Your preference.

   2. Technically, You are required to do the followings in order to use the feature:

      1. access the Homepage and click on the ‘Auto DCA’ button;

      2. choose the crypto assets for a periodic purchase schedule;

      3. enter the crypto assets purchase amount with a minimum purchase of Rp11,000;

      4. choose a payment method; and

      5. input the crypto assets purchase schedule.

   3. For each crypto asset purchase schedule created, You can change or deactivate the schedule at any time.

   4. Scheduling and Purchases Execution Time:

      1. Scheduling: You can only create a maximum of 50 (fifty) crypto asset purchase schedules.
      2. Purchases Execution Time: Crypto assets purchases will be carried out at the latest 25 minutes after the purchase time specified by You. For example, if You schedule a purchase to be done once a day at 10:00, the execution of the purchase will be carried out at 10:25 at the latest.

   5. You are responsible for your own use of the DCA feature. Pintu will not be held accountable for any losses you might incur from mistakes or oversights caused by You when using the feature, including but not limited to, determining the purchase schedule, selecting the type of crypto assets, and setting out the purchase amount of the crypto assets.

2. DCA Simulations
   1. To help You plan Your purchase schedules, Pintu offers a DCA simulation which provides projections of asset value accumulation based on a specified purchase amount of crypto assets and accumulation of crypto assets value in a specific period.
   2. You understand and agree that the DCA simulation provided by Pintu is not a guarantee of investment results from the purchase of crypto assets. Users remain responsible for all crypto assets purchase decisions and are advised to seek professional advice as necessary.
3. Special Cases (Edge Cases)
   1. At any time, the DCA feature (including the purchase of crypto assets in relation to the DCA feature) may not be applied and our funds on the Pintu Platform application will not decrease due to special circumstances such as:
      1. System Failure: in the event of system problems or technical disruptions affecting the operation of DCA feature;
      2. Token Maintenance: in the events of updates or maintenance of a crypto assets causing the automatic purchase feature to be temporarily unavailable; and
      3. Insufficient Balance: User’s IDRT wallet balance is insufficient for the automatic crypto assets purchase.
   2. For every special case that occurs, Pintu will notify you via push notification and/or Your registered email on the Pintu Platform.
   3. You understand and agree that Pintu will not be held accountable for any losses the User might incur due to special circumstances. However, Pintu will make every effort to ensure the DCA feature remains uninterrupted.

Other Terms

1. The terms are governed and interpreted based on the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Herewith, Articlel 1266 Kitab Undang Undang Hukum Perdata is waived insofar as a court decision is required to terminate these Terms.
2. Pintu reserves the right to change, modify, add and/or vary these Terms from time to time, and in a manner deemed appropriate by Pintu and in accordance with applicable law.
3. Pintu will make reasonable efforts to notify You of any changes to these Terms or the DCA feature. However, you remain responsible for being aware of any changes to these Terms. However, You shall remain responsible to know each changes to these Terms. Therefore, You are advised to check this page from time to time to be aware of any changes we make. You will not receive any compensation from Pintu in the event of a modification or suspension of the Terms or DCA feature. YOUR CONTINUOUS PARTICIPATION IN THE DCA FEATURE AFTER SUCH CHANGES WILL BE CONSIDERED AS YOUR ACCEPTANCE TO THE CHANGES IN THESE TERMS OR THE DCA FEATURE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY CHANGES, YOU SHOULD CEASE YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE DCA FEATURE.
4. Pintu has the right to terminate or end User’s access to the DCA feature at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.
5. Pintu is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses caused by Your use of the DCA feature, including but not limited to loss of profits.
6. Pintu will not be liable for any deficiency, non-implementation, error, disruption, or delay in fulfilling its obligations for the DCA feature if caused, wholly or partly, directly or indirectly, by events beyond Pintu’s control.
7. Every provision, instruction, directive, and explanation that might be found on the Pintu Platform regarding the DCA feature will apply to Your use of the feature. These provisions, instructions, directives, and explanations are an integral part of these Terms.
