Jakarta, June 25, 2025 – In response to recent media coverage regarding the planned summons of representatives from PT Pintu Kemana Saja (PINTU) by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) as a witness in an alleged corruption case involving the business partnership and acquisition of PT Jembatan Nusantara by PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero), we would like to issue the following clarification:

PINTU fully supports the efforts of the KPK in upholding the law and combating corruption in Indonesia. We are committed to cooperating fully and complying with the legal process in accordance with applicable regulations. We have submitted all requested information and have full confidence in the integrity and independence of the KPK to carry out a thorough investigation.

Following the mention of several names in the context of the case, we immediately conducted an internal review and confirmed that there is currently no match between the names listed in KPK’s letter and any current PINTU users or employees. This result has been documented and officially submitted to the KPK, who has acknowledged receipt of our report.

We will continue to cooperate with the ongoing legal process and are ready to provide any further data or information required by the authorities in accordance with prevailing regulations.
