• Transfers can only be made from BCA accounts.
• The minimum transfer limit is IDR 50,000 per transaction.
• The maximum transfer limit is IDR 50,000,000,000 per transaction.
• The account holder’s name used for the deposit must match the name registered for KYC on the Pintu account.
• If there is a name typo in the bank account or KYC on Pintu, users can contact the Pintu team via live chat to be included in the whitelist, allowing users to use that account for the next deposit via BCA VA. Users will need to provide the necessary supporting documents requested by our team. 

How to Deposit Via Bank BCA

1. Select the m-Transfer menu.
2. Choose BCA Virtual Account.
3. Enter/select the Virtual Account (VA) number.
4. Confirm the destination number.
5. Enter the amount to transfer.
6. Enter your PIN and confirm.
